If you haven't already done so, please complete our Style Survey before ordering.
DELIVERY
Boxes are delivered within 10 working days of your order via Hermes. We will send you a tracking number when it's on its way.
BOX RETURN
Pop your box back in the post at your nearest Hermes Parcel Shop within 7 days of receiving it using the enclosed return label.
Your next box will be with you a month later!
